Arbutus Ridge

Downtown

Dunbar-Southlands

Granville Island

Kensington-Cedar Cottage

is Located in the heart of east Vancouver, its one of the city's most diverse neighbourhoods. Trout Lake is located there.

Arbutus Greenway

cuts through the predominantly residential neighbourhood of Kerrisdale, which also houses the Kerrisdale Village shopping centre.

Killarney

is in the southeast portion of the city, is made up of mostly single-family homes, while there are a few multi-family homes, townhouses, and high-rises in the nearby Fraserlands development.

Kitsilano

is a neighbourhood noted for its well-liked beaches, and it is situated along the southern end of English Bay.

Marpole

Strathcona

is one of the older neighbourhoods in the city, spread out with a mix of homes and apartments. The British, Irish, Russian, Croat, Greek, Scandinavian, Japanese, and Chinese communities of Vancouver have long called it home.

Sunset

is a working-class neighbourhood with a wide variety of ethnicities. It is made up of single-family homes, low-rise flats, and little retail establishments. Little India (Punjabi Market) is located there, and it is the hub of the Indo-Canadian community in Vancouver.

Victoria-Fraserview

is a multicultural neighbourhood with a sizable Indo-Canadian community that combines residential and retail construction. The south side, which was once an industrial hub, is gradually being transformed into a neighbourhood for homes.

The Davie Village

the city's first gay neighbourhood, is located in the West End.

West Point Grey

Population

Vancouver real estate has grown as the population does in Vancouver. In the Canadian Census of 2016, 631,486 people were counted in Vancouver, up from 603,502 in the Census of 2011. This is a population change of 27,984, or a 0.91% annual growth rate.

The city's growth from 2006 to 2011 was 4.4%, somewhat less than Canada's overall growth of 5.9%. More than 2.4 million people live in the Greater Vancouver area, making it the third-most populous metro area in Canada.

Ethnicity

The inhabitants are divided up into several ethnic groups.

The downtown area is connected to the suburbs of Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, and Coquitlam via the Expo Line and Millennium Line.
